Honeycomb Hello Stamp Set

Over the past few years, Stampin' Up! has been bringing out several items with the Honeycomb for backgrounds, and it has been fun using the folder and framelits to get some great designs.  Well now with the Honeycomb Hello stamp set, there are images with sayings and images that are specifically designed to fit inside the honecomb.  What a great idea, now it is easy to add some words or designs without having to add a layer, I'm sure I'll be using this regularly.

World of Dreams

World of dreams is a nice bold stamp set that offers to look of a silhouette to several images.  I like the simplicity of the set, and out door images.  It is also great for guy cards, of course every once and awhile I like to incorporate the green and gold of my favorite team into cards!

Nuts About You

From the Hostess section of the catalog is a fun set called Nuts About You.  I see the squirrels in my yard all day long, summer or winter, sometimes just passing by, other times playing around.  So this set was one that I could have fun with, and feel inspired by.  It is only available available to Hostesses and will only be here for one year, so don't wait to earn it now!

Lost Lagoon

Lost Lagoon is one of the new In Colors this year and is a soft bluish green, that looks great with other colors or in a monochromatic look like this card.  The Work of Art set is just so much fun, and so easy to create quick very nice looking cards, for sure one of my favorites this year.  

File Folder Card

Yes, I'm back to the Wisteria Wonder Blendabilities, but I wanted to show the colors next to Eggplant to show that with the color variation, they work well together.  For those of you that have not tried the Envelope Punch board, YES it can be used for more than envelopes!  Also for those of you that have tried to make boxes, soon there will be an Box Punch Board, watch for more details!

Darling Doily

I love the new Darling Doily Thinlit!  Just a layer of wax paper in between and it comes out looking great!  Not only does it cut of the design, but part of it is embossed as well.  My lighting must have been a bit off, because the card below does not look like Blackberry Bliss on Night of Navy, but the original card colors looked good together.  The other new set I used was the Honeycomb Hello stamp set, a great set to use with the honeycomb Framelit or Folder or without.

Wisteria Wonder Blendabilities

For those of you that know me, purple has always been my favorite color so of course that makes Wisteria Wonder a favorite of the Stampin' Up! colors.  I was so excited when the Blendabilities markers arrived, because with a pack of 3, it is kind of like 3 new colors!

Flowers are blooming

I may not find alot of time to stamp during the summer, but I am excited each day to see what is blooming in my gardens.  When looking at my stamp collection I always notice that I have way to many flowers, I wonder why?  They just seem to be so easy to make a great looking card.

Crazy to believe that we are already to this point of summer.  I have not seen much time in the stamp room other than a quick card to get out in the mail.
