Fall Flower

The Hello Honey In Color is perfect for Fall.  I thought this card looked perfect for a fall flower card.  My dahlias are finally blooming, and surround by the falling leaves they remind me of these colors.  The background Designer Series Paper is from the Moonlight Stack.  I love having the smaller sizes of DSP so I don't have to be cutting the 12x12 down to size. 

Tee Hee Hee

Halloween is just around the corner, and what a fun time to create cards with colors I would not be able to put together.  The new star border punch is perfect to go with Halloween, and then to use in on Christmas cards!  I love the art work on this set, and the sayings are great!

 

Forest Friends in Fall

The Forest Friends are back out again, and I didn't realize it as I made this card, but the circle that the racoon is in, kind of looks like it could be the moon.  I really like the dimension that the fringe scissors add to a project, and to get a bit of rougher looking grass, if you go back after the first cut and trim the edges at an angle, you get a different looking uneven grass.

Bolts Card

Backgrounds Rule, what a fun name for this background stamp.  When I saw it in the main catalog, it was instantly on my wish list.  Not only does it have an antique look to it, but what a perfect look to the always hard to come up with Masculine Cards.  I also saw someone use the Hexagon punch as a bolt, by punching a whole in the middle.  Perfect addition to go with the background and very simple and easy!

Fun Birthday Card

Happy Birthday to my niece Maya!

I know this card looks a bit like a retro card with the paint splatter, but I thought it would work well for a girls birthday card, especially when it is for that tween age.

Back to World of Dreams

I told you I would be back with more samples for this set, it is such a great set so I had to show a few more samples that came up with when using with the Moonlight DSP Paper Stack.  So many great backgrounds that can coordinate well with all kinds of different projects.

Fall is Here

Fall is here, and it is my favorite season of the year(except for the season allergies).  The leaves are starting to turn and fall and the weather has been very nice to go along with it.  The new Wreath set is so much fun.  In the catalog it is displayed as a Holiday Wreath in green and red, but you can change the colors and it can look great for many season!
