Thinking Ahead to Halloween

Halloween is a favorite holiday at our house, and now is the time to start planning.  I know my girls have been talking costumes for some time now, and it will be here soon.  The Haunt You Later stamp set has the cutest Halloween friends, and the Spider Web Doilies will be the perfect addition to any Halloween project.  Did you notice the corners? Sheltering Tree

I think this has to be my favorite new set and the possibilities are endless.  I love the stamp in the set that looks like a "swoosh", on this card I used the same stamp to create the sky and ground, and stamped off once to create a very soft look.  And the bike, a two step stamp, so you can create your bike in any color.

Time to Celebrate with a bit of me time

Well, today was the day, the big "40"!  All went well and was actually quiet enough of a day, that I found a few moments to spend stamping!  I started out punching out some butterflies, but wasn't feeling like that was what was calling me today.  With the cold temps, I guess I felt called to Halloween.  My oldest daughter is very afraid of Spiders (and most other things that creep around) that I used her as my inspiration for this card!

The new Brick Wall Folder is must have, perfect for masculine or feminine cards, and a very different look.  The bricks look great in different colors and are perfect using both sides of the folder.

Beautiful Butterflies

 It has been awhile, and summer has been non stop at my house, but I am back, and going to try and get on track again.  The new catalog started in July and the Holiday Mini Catalog will be starting on Sept 1.

The new butterfly items all coordinate so well, the folder, the thinlits, the new stamp set, and if you love butterflies these are for you.  I think my most favorite part is that they look so great in just about any color combination!  So I am sure you will be seeing more butterfly samples.
