Punching the new In Colors

Just a few days until the New Catalog begins, and here is another look at the In Colors - Cinnamon Cider, Just Jade, Bumble Bee, Magenta Madness and Misty Moonlight.  Punching out the New In Color Cardstock using the Sprig Punch and the Small Bloom Punch.  Adding a little accessory with Flowers For Every Season Gems and little Wink of Stella.

Thank you for helping me Celebrate 20 Years!

Thank you so much to everyone that helped me celebrate my 20th Anniversary with Stampin' Up! The month of May has been great, life has been busy, so I haven't gotten to all the things I had hoped, but I want to say thank you!  For those of you that participated in my Facebook tasks, watch your mailboxes.  I know many of you are already watching your mailboxes for the new Catalog(they should be arriving any day), so here is a little peak of a few things you will see in the New Catalog that will start on June 3.  Some new dies, and the new In Colors, which color is your favorite?  I seem to be gravitating towards Misty Moonlight.

By the Dock

By the Dock is a bundle that is currently in the mini catalog and will be carrying over to the new catalog.  Great for spring/summer and for more masculine cards.  My next try will be to coordinate this set with other landscape sets to enhance the background.  

Saying Goodbye...Vases

The Varied Vases and Vibrant Vases are leaving the catalog.  So many options with vases and flowers, and the words in the these sets were also perfect!  The good news is that the vases builder punch will still be available, so you can create vases with flowers.

Here are a few other favorites that are retiring from the the catalog.  I do love my flower stamp sets, but it is so nice to have a great selection of landscapes and other outdoor stamp sets.  These are all perfect for making masculine cards! Heartland, Peaceful Place and This Little Piggy.

Saying Goodbye...Over the Moon

As we say goodbye to products in the catalog, I want to highlight a few of my favorites.  Over the Moon Stamp Set was an immediate favorite when it came out in the catalog.  Having connections to the dairy industry meant that I knew several people that would appreciate cards with these silly cows.  Wow has life changed and our dairy farmers are in some very troubled  and uncertain times.  My heart goes out to all of you that are currently struggling.  I am sad to see this set retire!  Now is your last chance to purchase before its gone.

May Day Project

Happy May Day!  Do you remember when you were a kid and made May Day Baskets and then secretly left them on your neighbors porch?  What a great tradition to bring back! Here is a quick and easy Pocket Basket that you could use, just add a piece of candy or a little note of cheer.

Start with a 6x6 piece of paper, I used the Perrenial Essence Designer Series Paper.

 Fold in half from one corner to the other.

Then fold over from side corner.

Then fold over the other side. 

Then fold down the top to the edge of other fold.

Now add some embellishment and fill the pocket.  The sentiments below are part of the COVID-19 Product Giveback Digital Download.

I'm Celebrating 20 years in May
