Fringe Scissor Fun

The Fringe Scissors are so much fun, and add so much.  The first card below is just layers of fringed cardstock, a great way to use up all those scraps that are sitting around a to create a lot of dimension to a card.  The second card below just uses a small amount of fringe to add an accent to the card.
