Swan Lake

I'm not sure that this would be a set that I would have ordered.  I received it at an event, and have found it a great set to use the with the Watercolor Pencils, and it would be a very nice set for an Anniversary Card.

I had a whole basket of white and black scraps from a class, and thought that this was a great use for a simple card.

Club Cards

January was a month for my club, and the ladies enjoyed a few of the new products from the Occasions Catalog.  Many new thinlit dies, the new Watercolor Pencils, and the Birthday Pop-up!

Dragonfly Dreams

On a day like today one can only dream of summer and to see a dragonfly or any other creature outside.  So here is a look at the Dragonfly Dreams Stamp Set and the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits.  The stamps set has a lot of detail to the images, and the can work with many color combinations.  When adding in the thinlits, it creates a great layer and can be bold.

Sale-A-Bration has begun!

The New Occasions Mini Catalog and Sale-A-Bration have begun!  I am in my 16th year as a demonstrator and I have seen Stampin' Up! make many changes, but one thing that has never changed is Sale-A-Bration and my favorite time of the year to shop, because you can earn FREE stuff!

The Tasty Trucks stamp set is one of the items you can choose for FREE with a $50 purchase.  I refer to this set as the Taco Truck set, because when I think of a food truck, I think of taco's and isn't it cute.

Quick Thank You's

FFA Fruit sale delivery is today, and I always like to have a small thank you that my daughter signs with a note.  She again this year is curling on delivery day, so she can't be there to say thanks.  I used up some small scraps to make these thank you notes using the FFA blue and gold colors.  Super simple, but always nice to say Thank You.

Just in Time

Today is my husbands birthday, and of course I didn't have a card finished for him.  I knew UPS was coming today with my Occasions Catalog Pre-Order, and this was going to be in it.  So I was waiting.......not so patiently.......at 2:30 it arrived, and with only a few minutes I quick cut out a few of the tools with the new Thinlits.  Can't wait to use it with the coordinating stamp set!
