Christmas Paper and Dies

Wonder of the Season Specialty DSP and Toile Tidings DSP are two of my favorite papers in the Mini Catalog for some great backgrounds.  I created these cards with just layering with a few die cuts from Stitched So Sweetly or Stitched Nested Labels.  A few of the cards below I embossed words from For Unto Us.  The ribbons I used were from Playful Pets Trim Combo and All the Trimmings Ribbon Combo Pack.

Peaceful Nativity quick and easy

For those of you that know me, my holiday cards each year have featured whatever new nativity stamp set Stampin' Up! has released each year.  I am not a huge "Santa" card person, and tend to turn towards "the reason for the season".  This set has the option of lots of details or quick and easy.  This set may look like it needs to be complicated, but it can be simplified.  As life has changed a bit for me lately, with taking on a new job, my time is limited, but stamping is my way to relax, so it must be quick and easy.

Enjoy the Moment

December 1st means its time to pre-order more products from the upcoming Mini Catalog.  Here are a few samples of one set that will appear in the new Mini Catalog Enjoy The Moment.  What a fun nature stamp set.  As a Horticulturalist, seed pods are a very cool part of gardening, and knowing I can plant more seeds.
